Gordon, GA

This investigation was performed at a private residense by a three person HPS team on July 10, 2006

The home owner had reported unusual phenomena throughout the years. Latest phenomena being a metallic rattling sound in the vicinity of the hallway, smoke going in the opposite direction of the wind out front, and a little girl seen in the hallway. The witness thought that it was the home owner’s daughter, who they discovered was still sound asleep on the couch.

Resident has also reported 3 X’s which show up on a particular mirror, and appear to be written in crayon. When he cleans it off, it ends up showing up again. The children deny being responsible when he asks them about it.

We used digital cameras, video cameras, emf meters, infrared thermometer, and audio equipment.

While we were there, the rattling sound did occur, but could be coming from one of the refrigerators in the hall area. We were in a different room when it happened, so could not pinpoint it.

One of our investigators had an invisible being tug on her hair once as she was going through the doorway from the hall to the living room. An orb was also photographed at that door. There was nothing in that doorway that could've caught her hair.

When the resident was showing us the back room, the light bulb to the main light had blown, and the desktop fluorescent light refused to stay lit. I don’t know if that is a common occurance with that particular light, but I had one similar to that as a child, and the light would often turn off almost immediately after being turned on. It seems like a tricky switch or something.

All three of us felt that there may be a presence in that room. It had that heavy feeling that often denotes spirit presence. Another area which seemed to have spirit energy was the antique mantle in the living room.

Orbs were captured outside, and in the living room near the door, and the hallway. The mist in the 2 photos was taken in the back room where the manikin is. There is a picture of a window which looks like a face peering into the window. I can’t say whether it’s a coincidence of lighting or a true apparition although it looks quite human.

Nothing was captured on video, and due to visitors talking during the investigation, we can’t accurately tell if we’ve gotten any evps or not. The emf detector only went off when near electrical appliances and there were no unusual temperature changes.
